How
to
install
the
AccOrchestra Sound expansion "VA-SE-03"

New functions coming with the FR-7x software version "1.05.031"
Starting from the software version 1.05.31 you can assign the "Octave Up" and "Octave Down"
functions to the bass buttons (upper bass row)
on
the left-hand side (they will also act
as
function
buttons) as
well as to the FBC-7 footswitches.
Such a new function will result especially useful to musicians playing
in
accordion orehestras and to all
those who love making music with analog orchestra sounds.
1.
Select "MENU" -7 "System" -7 "Function Switch", then choose "On"
2.
Select "MENU" -7 "System" -7 "Function Switch Edit".
Now you can assign your desired functions to 6 function buttons.
If you want to permanently keep
them as
"global" functions, you need to save them by using the "WRITE" function.
Memo:
You can assign your desired functions also to the FBC-7 footswitches by choosing MENU -7 SYSTEM
-7 "Pedal Controller" in your FR-7x.
How to install the AccOrchestra expansion "VA-SE-03"
1.
Turn off your FR-7x and insert the USB memory containing the VA-SE-03 AccOrchestra sound
expansion
2.
Turn your FR-7x on
3.
Press MENU
4.
Select SYSTEM using the DATA/ENTER knob
5.
Press ENTER
6.
Select EXPANSION using the DATA/ENTER knob
7.
Press ENTER twice (the display shows "AccOrchestra.bin", "Load" is selected)
8.
Press ENTER ("AccOrchestra.bin" is seleeted)
9.
Press ENTER
10. Press WRITE (the display shows "Exeeuting"). Please wait until the display shows "SYSTEM".
11.
Press EXIT twiee

Press MENU
2.
Seleet UTILITY using the DATA/ENTER knob
3.
Press ENTER
4.
Seleet IMPORT SET using the DATA/ENTER knob
5.
Press ENTER ("1" is selected)
6.
Select
an
empty memory (e.g. "80") using the DATA/ENTER knob
7.
Press ENTER ("File"
is
seleeted)
8.
Press ENTER
9.
Use the DATA/ENTER knob to ehoose one of the new orehestrai sound sets provided as
examples. You can choose among:
E_ELEKTR01.SET
E_ELEKTR02.SET
E_KEYS.SET E_MALLETTS&PERCUSSION.SET
E_STRINGS&GUITARS.SET
E_SYNTH.SET
E_WINDS&BRASS.SET
- - - - -
NOTE: "D_xxx.SET" sets are specific for German market.
10. Press ENTER ("IMPORT" is seleeted)
11. Press ENTER
12. Press
WRITE. At the end of the Import operation the display shows UTILITY again.
13. Press
EXIT twice
14. Repeat steps from 1 through
13
to install the remaining 7 sets.
