Switching Off the Power When Not in Use for a Prolonged Period

Storing Media

Store media in plastic bags to prevent buildup of dust and grime.

Press the [power] button on the operation panel to switch

off the power.

Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet.

Also, do not store material on its side; store it vertically (standing up).

If material is placed on its side without wrapping it in plastic, dust and grime may build up on the surface of the media and damage the

printing heads when printing.
