Settings
You can disable the remote control function so that the
included remote control unit will not operate the RK-300.
This lets you eliminate the possibility that a remote button
might be accidentally pressed, changing the RK-300’s
settings unintentionally.
These let you change the functions that are assigned to the
remote control’s [FUNC 1] button and [FUNC2] button.
1.
Access the main screen.
* If the main screen is not shown, press the [EXIT] button until
the main screen appears.

Touch < Menu >.
The Menu screen appears.

* There are three menu screens. Touch to switch
screens.

Touch < CD/AUDIO PORT >.
The following screen appears.

To change the setting, touch for the item
you want to specify.
If you touch < Reset >, all settings (parameters) shown in the
current screen will return to their factory-set values.
5.
When you’re finished making settings, press the
[EXIT] button.
Disabling the Remote Control Unit

The remote control unit will operate the
RK-300.

The remote control unit will be disabled.
Assigning Functions to the Remote’s
Buttons (FUNC 1, FUNC2)

When the [DVD]–[SLIDE SHOW] buttons
are all extinguished, and video output is
off, the RK-300’s display will show the same
image as the television or display that is
connected to the RK-300.
Mute
Mutes the sound of the melody channel, or
minimizes the vocal sounds of a music CD.

Lowers the volume of the melody channel

Lyrics
Switches display of lyrics on (displayed) or
off (hidden) (p. 103).
Vocal
Effects
When the [INPUT] button is extinguished,
switches the vocal effect on/off.
When the [INPUT] button is lit, switches
the guitar effect on/off.
ANIME
Switches the ANIME effect on/off.
